The Northern-style beef noodles here are fantastic - rich, flavorful broth with tender beef & fresh herbs. If you like spice, the spicy beef noodles are a great option, adding a nice kick. The "bún đậu mắm tôm" is a unique dish with crispy tofu, vermicelli noodles & a strong shrimp paste sauce that some may find intense, but it's delicious if you're into bold flavors. The crispy pork skin & bamboo shoot pickles are a great addition, adding crunch & tang.
Nice service & a lovely spot for authentic Vietnamese food.

I've come back a couple of times and still enjoy the food & service just as much as before. I usually stick with similar dishes, but next time I’ll try something new! It’d be great if the meat roll/bánh mì was a bit crispier, and the phở broth served hotter.🔥 That would make it perfect!😋

I highly recommend the pork intestine porridge; it's a unique and delicious Hanoi/ the North of Vietnam specialty, particularly enjoyable with beer. 😄Some may find it a bit challenging to eat, but if you enjoy it, I think you'll return often. My experience is limited to this dish, as I consistently order it, but it's exceptional.
